We envision physically and financially partnering with like-minded ministries throughout the Upstate who share Christ’s grace in word and deed. We look forward to set times of laboring together as a church outside our doors.

Servants for Sight

Servants for Sight connects our neighbors from under-resourced communities to volunteer optometrists and ophthalmologists to offer free or low cost eye care. Their mission is to change people’s lives with improved vision and to spread the word of God.

Piedmont Women’s Center

Piedmont Women’s Center provides free laboratory quality pregnancy testing, free pregnancy consultations and free Limited OB ultrasounds at three locations in the Upstate region. Child Evangelism Fellowship

Child Evangelism Fellowship® is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living. Horizon hosts CEF’s Good News Club® at Mauldin Elementary and 5-Day Club every summer.

Bel-Aire Community Outreach

Bel-Aire Community Partners is a primarily youth-based ministry in West Greenville that builds relationships with the Dunean and Judson neighborhoods through after-school programs, summer camp and community events. Learn more about their ministry here.

Just Moved Ministry

Just Moved Ministry is dedicated to the emotional well-being and spiritual growth of women who are uprooted by a move. Through Biblical teaching and one-on-one encouragement, they prepare, inspire, and equip a woman to trust God with her future, put down new roots, and embrace life in a new community. Commandment 11

Commandment 11 Ministries is a non-profit, faith-based music ministry that primarily serves in prisons and drug and alcohol recovery centers. This ministry was co-founded by our worship pastor Scott Jacobs. Learn more about Commandment 11 here.
