Stacey M. Cox

Stacey is the associate pastor of Horizon Church.  He has served churches in both North and South Carolina.

Stacey and Allison are the proud parents of three children: Anna, Seth, and Jessi.  He is a graduate of Clemson University (BA, 1993; MS, 1998), Southeastern Seminary (M.Div., 2001), and will be conferred a D.Min. with the Institute for Reformed Worship at Erskine Seminary in January 2012.

When he isn’t at Horizon you might find Stacey working with the Mauldin High School soccer team, at a Clemson sporting event with his family (Go Tigers!), exercising, or fishing.

Authors/Pastors of Influence: John Piper, Sinclair Ferguson,  Randy Pope, Hughes O. Old, Steve Brown, Kevin DeYoung, Tim Keller, Eugene Peterson and a bunch of guys who are in heaven.

Favorite Movies: A River Runs Through It, Gladiator, Cinderella Man, Braveheart,  Open Range, The Hustler, Cool Hand Luke, and a host of comedies.
