Jim Stephenson

Jim Stephenson is the founding pastor of Horizon Church and has been married to Debra for 35 years.  He counts it a great privilege to be leading a wonderful congregation on the greatest mission imaginable -“making, maturing and mobilizing committed followers of Jesus.”
